Bottle thanks to my sister.Pours a brown mahogany with small tan coloured head. Falls away very quickly leaving all but the smallest film. Aromas of light stone fruits, light caramel and sweet ginger ale. Slightly sweet and sour but nice all the same. Flavours are very sweet and remind me of very light port. Some roasted grain and sliight sourness on the finish. Lively mouthfeel. Nice.

Bottle. Pours a hazy dark brown with a small, brown head. Mostly malty aroma with hints of dark fruit. Flavor is a little sweet and somewhat roasty. Notes of bread, dark fruits, coffee and heavy malts. Sweet, brown sugar finish.

Pours a cloudy sediment-laden dark apple cider color. Head quickly dissipates. Nose is sweet candy-apple and toffee and distinctly Belgian. Hints of cocoa invade on the back end. Cocoa and candy flavor with some dark fruit and leather. A very creamy-smooth rich body that maybe could have been balanced by some boozyness but pretty well-rounded. A very well done beer, just not memorable.

Real cheap bottle from craft beer outlet. Pours a dark color, with a medium mouthfeel. This is a bit sour, which really pleases me. This is good.

Clear red brown beer, nice butter yellow head, bit stable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet caramel, sweet malts, dark candi sugar, touch of dried fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: very fruity, plums, caramel, citrus touches, slight bit of mocha. Aftertaste: more citric hops, bit cheesy, caramel and dried fruits.

Strong aroma of hop and doughy yeast. Taste of coffee, chocolate and some herbs. Maybe some bread? A reasonably complex Belgian brown.
