Bottle. A very clear brown with a foamy white head that diminishes to a thin film. Nose is sweet, a little doughy, a bit barnyardy, with a sour fruit tone. Flavor is light tartness carried by the effervescent carbonation alongside a medium sweet malt backbone. Reminds me of a very mild balsamic vinegar with its sweet/sour levels and balance. A pleasant brew, thought not particularly out of the ordinary for the style.

Bottle. Poured a rich mahogany. Nose nose has sour hints. A thinnish mouthful. Light sour flavor backed up by medium roasted malts. Lots of carbonation. All the flavors are fairly light and subtle but good. A real beginner sour.

Nice murky chocolate color. Little head in my St Bernardus chalice. Sour lighter fruits on the nose with some astringency and rubber. Some fresh mortar. Taste is more of the same, bursting through with even more fruits and some sour. What I love about this is that it changes character in your mouth like every second for like a count of seven. Awesome.

Bottle at beerbistro. Brown, slightly sour, but also sweet. I’m not sure I was a fan of the sweet ending in a sour beer, usually the sour aftertaste is what I crave. Was not a bad beer, but not really my thing.
