Dark ruby red – red as wine. The style is also called the Burgundy of Flanders, and is a very typical and common beer in West Flanders
Created by a secret blend of the aged and sour ‘mother beer’ with fresh brewed sweeter beer, this beer produces a sour-sweet balance, set off by the underlying bitterness of the hops. A discovery! The best in its style! Light in alcohol, exciting complex flavors and tastes come to the forefront.
Although serving cold is recommended, taking time to drink it will release more aromas towards the end of your glass.

Dark ruby red pour from the bottle. Fine off white head. Nose is slight lactic, dark cherry. Palate follows with a sweet, slightly fizzy mouth feel makes this refreshing. Decent and approachable.

Bottle pour. Dark muddy brown with a light tan head that leaves nice lacing. Aroma is sour dark fruit, oak, light funk, and cherries. Taste is watered down cherry juice, oak, and mind funky yeast. Creamy than dry and fizzy. Good beer.

Barrel aged in oak which gives it plenty of oak wood flavor a bit more then I like.

Sweet, sour, dates, caramel, sweet. Dark red to brown, rather opaque. Malty yet sweet and sour, over ripe fruit, dried fruits, balsmaic, burnt sugar, earthy. Light short fizz in the mouth, very light vicosity, lingering flavour from sweet, to sour, to dry slightly bitter. This is another beer everyone should try if not this one then this style. Important.

Goryczka niska, wytrawna. Wysycenie ?rednie.

Drank from a pint glass, poured from an 330ml bottle. Pours a beautiful clear brown color with plenty of light beige head. Slightly sour aromas of cherry, pears, and other fruits. Nice a complex brew that makes your tastebuds tingle, but incredibly smooth!
