COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dark ruby red – red as wine. The style is also called the Burgundy of Flanders, and is a very typical and common beer in West Flanders
Created by a secret blend of the aged and sour ‘mother beer’ with fresh brewed sweeter beer, this beer produces a sour-sweet balance, set off by the underlying bitterness of the hops. A discovery! The best in its style! Light in alcohol, exciting complex flavors and tastes come to the forefront.
Although serving cold is recommended, taking time to drink it will release more aromas towards the end of your glass.

Dark Amber with good head retention, sour and malty aroma and flavor, kind of fruity, dates, prunes. Medium sourness and body. Just a little bit funky. Tasty beer.

Bottle. Pours deep red color with small-medium head. In aroma some cherries, caramel and tiny "brett" notes. Flavor is slightly winey, with notes of caramel. Sweetness and sourness are well balanced. Good beer, for my taste, missing some lambic and spice character.

Pours dark mahogany with a small light beige head. Aroma is vinous, acetic, plum, dried cherry, and raisin. Taste is slight tartness, also a hint of sweetness, lots of berries and dried fruits, vinous, a bit of apple, and an aftertaste of grape candy. Bubbly carbonation, light-med body.

Bottle. Pours a clear sparkling ruby red with big creamy beige head, nearly disappears. Aroma is bready, malt, some tart berries, light citrus and slight paper. Taste is fresh, fruity berries, light sour, dry bit tart finish with light light toast. Fizzy carbonation but thin body. Boring

O retrogosto é frutado, adocicado e levemente azedo.
