Holy god, Im impressed. Im really surprised with its low score after sitting down and enjoying this. Wonderfully sessionable, slightly sour brew, that impressed me most with its creamy, almost frothy, and oily mouthfeel. If you want to have a friend step into the sour end of the pool slowly, Id say this is a great way to do it.

Old rating. Brown ruby colored. Caramel, cherry, oak, vinegar. Decently well balanced, but not particularly smooth with the sourness.

Bottle 330ml, pours ruby with creamy colored head that reduces fast to a light lacing. Aroma of cherries, oak wood, cramel, barnyard, green apples, raisins and vinegar. In taste medium and very fruity sourness, nicely balanced with medium sweetness and a minimal touch of bitterness in the finish. Very light for the belgian style. Carbonation could be slightly lower, but in general very good drinkable.

Butelka. W aromacie cocacola, lekkie nuty octowe, stajnia. Udane.

Very "polite" sour ale. Medium bodied, reddish-brown. The acetic aroma could be more perceptible. Initially nice frothy head after several minutes descends completely. Dark fruits in taste with some sour flavour. Overall nice beer but nothing special.

Bottle. Dark amber color, big tan head. Aroma is acidic, oak barrel, wine, dark fruits. Taste is dry, tart, light bitter and sour. Oak, vinous and cherry flavors. Aftertaste is short tartness. Body is light to medium, thin texture, high carbonation. Beer is well balanced, but too watery, lack of complexity.

Aromas of tart berries, purple grapes, kind of wine-like, plummy. Dark black-red, a mostly vanishing off-white head. Some initial sweetness, quite fruity, with a great palate-cleansing tartness. Medium bodied.
