Aroma: heavy corn mash, wheat-bread crust, slight dish rag, I love the aroma; Appearance: slightly transparent brown, like most nut brown ales Iíve seen, heavy bubble action upon pour that, if you leave it alone, will result in a rootbeer float like head; Taste: initial impression is a good sour that you expect, but, after the initial impression, you start to kind of taste a sort of subtle apple cidery flavour, this is my 2nd bottle of this brew, and, maybe Iím nuts, but this one tastes more watered down than the first one, I wonder how much variability there is bottle to bottle in this brew, anyone know?; Palate: a slight mouth watering sour, you can pull out the hops only in the aftertaste, in my opinion; Overall: this is my last bottle of this brew, I would have liked to have tried a couple more because Iím confused in that I liked the 1st bottle a lot more than the second, nonetheless, Iím becoming a big fan of sour ales, and for that reason, I am well pleased and will give this beer a good rating

Butelka, warka lidlowa do 23/02/17.

Bottle. Red wine, redcurrant, some cherries. Not really noticeable oak. Light tartness, boosting the refreshing qualities of this beer. It lacks flavour depth and complexity but itís a very nice, very fruity thirst-quencher. Light metallic but that did not bother me much. Very nice.

0.33 cl bottle, bb 4.06.2016. Ruby coloured, a bit hazy beer with beige head, good head retention. Slight woody aroma, and some malts notes. Taste is dominated by malts, some hints of fruits. Not really sour. This is the first Flanders Brown Ale I am trying, and it is a bit disappointing.

Old rating. Brown ruby colored. Caramel, cherry, oak, vinegar. Decently well balanced, but not particularly smooth with the sourness.

Bottle 330ml, pours ruby with creamy colored head that reduces fast to a light lacing. Aroma of cherries, oak wood, cramel, barnyard, green apples, raisins and vinegar. In taste medium and very fruity sourness, nicely balanced with medium sweetness and a minimal touch of bitterness in the finish. Very light for the belgian style. Carbonation could be slightly lower, but in general very good drinkable.

Butelka. W aromacie cocacola, lekkie nuty octowe, stajnia. Udane.
