UPDATED: APR 21, 2013 UPDATE (2013-02-27): Please be cautious as there seems to be some wild bottle variations. Some of the bottles from my case tasted like skunky mushrooms (not good) while others were much less problematic with an enjoyable sour. I’m taking down my rating from 3.4 to 2.7 only to emphasize that.

Pours reddish brown with a nice layer of white foam that leaves pretty lacing patterns. Nose is pretty tame with light balsamic notes and maybe a little cherry. Mouthfeel is thinner than expected but at least carbonation is just right so it doesn’t enhance that perception. It ends up bone dry which I appreciate. Overall a light and refreshing drink. Not bad at all, just not up there. Oh and I forgot to mention, this is not sour to me. Only the tinyest sour shows up mid-palate.

Deep brown, minimal lacing head. Fruity aroma of mostly sour apples. Light to medium body. Slightly sour taste. A bit weird but worth of trying.

Dark brown bear with a beige head. Smells sour and woody. Taste is also woody and sour, some fruit and yeast. Sour aftertaste which disappears quickly.

Dark brown colour with light brown head. A little metallic aroma. Quite sour. Lightly malty and a little plum as well. Not my kind of beer but drinkable.

dark brown colour with ruby notes; medium sized beige head, which disappears quickly leaving back some lacing; sourish aroma with woody notes and some fruitiness; sour taste with sugary notes and yeast; correct, but nothing special

Jammer.

Bottle. Clear medium brown pour with a creamy beige head. Malty and lightly sour, some dark fruits and a bit of yeast. Nothing fantastic, but nice enough.

Bottled, 33 cl. Opal ruby colour, medium sized fluffy beige head, which diminishes quickly 2 a thin film. Mild nose of acid and some wood. The mild vineous aroma has caramel, sugar and apples, mouthfeel is slick. Dry, tart-earthy, somewhat woody finish. Mild and easy drinkable brew.

Butelka 33cl. Nuty słodowe przypominają z jednej strony tarte a z drugiej surowe ciasto.
