Nice red/brown colour with a thin light tan head that lasted the duration of the sampling. Aromas of cherries, oak, and belgian yeast. The taste is great. Sour cherries, oak almost red winelike highlights, big carbonation, nice quick finish. Very nice

Very subtle spice and fruit flavors overshadowed by a sour, tart flavor. Not an especially strong flavor. It has almost no head and pretty nice lacing. Also slightly acidic with a carbonated moutfeel. The nose is not very big. Not bad.

11.2oz. bottle served in a new style Boulevard Chalice. Bottle conditioned. Brown with some red highlights. Sparse head. Not a lot of carbonation. Fruity aroma with some cherry. A bit of acetic sourness in the nose as well. Fairly sweet in the flavor however. More dark fruit and some caramel. Just a hint of sourness. A little metallic in the finish to start, but this faded. Didnít get much wood flavor. This didnít do a whole lot for me.

Dark, dark, dark. Big head. Very sour and acidic. But i love the style. The sour acidity just works for me.

Not as good as the Rodenbach Red, but a good alternative when the USís supply is cut off.

Bottle from Ale Yeah! in Decatur, GA. Dark caramel brown, balanced, malty, slightly sweet and sour. Delicious.

Dark brown pour with a thick, lasting beige head. Aroma of vinegar, brown sugar, and sweet fruit. Smooth and easy drinking. Sweet-sour flavor. The caramel sweetness is bookended by vinegar and tart cherry. Only mildly puckering. A good brew.

11.2 oz bottle poured into a tulip glass. Pours a nearly opaque dark brown with red highlights and a big head that dissipates quickly with not much lacing. Aroma is sour cherries and brown sugar. Taste is slightly tart with sour cherries and then sweet with toffee and brown sugar.

0,33 bottle in Kosovo, courtesy of Pepa from Belgium. Thank you. Pours very dark amber, almost black with very nice reddish reflexes in the glass. The foam is cappuccino-like, medium lasting. Nose:some mild wooden notes (remotely in the background), dusty, macerated red fruits. Mouth: light tartness, again red fruits, tart and dry end.
