COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dark ruby red – red as wine. The style is also called the Burgundy of Flanders, and is a very typical and common beer in West Flanders
Created by a secret blend of the aged and sour ‘mother beer’ with fresh brewed sweeter beer, this beer produces a sour-sweet balance, set off by the underlying bitterness of the hops. A discovery! The best in its style! Light in alcohol, exciting complex flavors and tastes come to the forefront.
Although serving cold is recommended, taking time to drink it will release more aromas towards the end of your glass.

Tasted in Toronto from LCBO. Tasted in Raftman tulip glass. Dark reddish brown colour, very small light white head. Very sour aroma, hints of sour berries. Taste is fairly muted and subtle. Slight sour taste with a dry finish. Feeling of strong carbonation.

Bottle. Clear brown colour with red reflexes, minimal white head with decent lacing. Aroma is sour cherry, red wine, a bit of wood. Lightly sour. Lively carbonation, light body. It’s a rather simple beer and not aggressive, so I guess it might be good for people with little experience with sour beer. For me - quite ok.

Pours murky brown with a medium foamy tan head. Nose reminds me of my last fruit beer while fermenting... slightly rotten fruit and yeast. Flavor is sour apple, apricot, prunes. Only mildly sour. Oaky, woodsy finish, fairly dry. Not bad.

Przeciętny do potęgi, ale dający się wypić sour. Można wypić, ale w pamięć na trwałe się nie wryje.

Pours a dark mahogany with a beautiful rocky white head. Aroma is sweet, tangy and sour. Caramel, sour cherries, sour apples, soft fruity Belgian yeast, dusty grain, and band aid on the nose. The taste is also sweet, tangy and sour. Green apple peel, raspberries, cherries, and a little dust. Mouth feel is creamy. Enjoyable, but I want a little more sourness.

Soured glue tannic aroma. Not overpowering. Dark brown with dark beige good lacing. Faintly sour with red fruits, cherry, currant, raspberry. Easy to drink. Medium to light body dry on palate.
