3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours deep brown with hints of amber. Head disapears as I pour this brew into my trappist glass. Aroma: dark malts, wood, vinegar. Mouthfeel is watery. Woody flavor with sour lemon notes that get you right on the sides of your mouth. I like this brew, I only wish it was meatier. Maybe slightly underrated at 76%

Bottle. Cloudy, brown pour. Aroma of sweet malt; also somewhat sour. More sourness in flavor as well as prune, raisin and malt. Medium body. Nice smooth mouthfeel.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A fully diminishing thin fizzy off-white ring tops up a clear medium brown body. No lacing. No particles. Few small bubbles. Aroma presents malt being moderate hay while hops are very faint herbs ... Yeast character is moderate earth. Also, there are evident evocations of sourness from oak barrel. Dominant in the nose. Cherry and vanilla impressions. Initial flavor is heavily sour while development is medium .. Finish is short and astringent. medium body... oily texture... Soft carbonation...

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Reddish copper pour with an off-white head. Good retention. Looks delicious. Fruity on the nose - mostly apple and pear, light vinegar, slightly metallic. Medium body, light carbonation, no alcohol warmth. Starts off tart and quickly transitions to sweet and finishes pretty clean. Nothing spectacular, but a great session beer.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A bit of a disappointment since I liked the sour Petrus Aged Pale which is blended into this Oud Bruin. Notes of oak, corn, dark fruit and cider. Relatively weak flavor and aroma. Not much tartness or sourness. Unoffensive flavor, but not bad either.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
deep ruby body with no head. Musky sour aroma. Very thin lifless body with sour malt flavors and not much more, I’m going to chalk this up to a poorly stored bottle as i have had these in the past and enjoyed them

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
cloudy brown with a hint of red, fluffy tan head and nice lacing. vinegar, cherry, raisin, lemon. light sourness for the style. light body, thin feel, lively carb. the light sour makes it easily drinkable, but it’s a bit of a letdown after the aroma.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 12/20
The aroma has mild citrus, wood, and vinegar. It pours a dark brown color with a tinge of red and thin white head. The taste is mostly a malty sweet but rounds out a little with light sour tartness. I was hoping this would be a bit more acetic but it mostly malty. The sourness is nice but gets lost a little bit.
