33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild metallic and yeasty. Mild fruity flavoured. Metallic and caramelish. Dry and phenolic into the finish.

12 oz. bottle. From petrus variety pack, and already disappointed due to the price of 6 bottle and seeing the rating of each on ratebeer. Pours a deep murky orange copper, with off white bubbly head. Aroma of spiced milk, with cookie cream and clove. Tastes like milky dough, spiced lightly with wheat like flavors, medium bodied very drinkable and refreshing. Some deep doughy / wheat / yeast like flavors but still crisp and refreshing, not the greatest but seems underrated on here.

Aroma - sweetned aroma, with little to no direction . Some light apple juice, a touch of yeast, a hint of spice.
Appearance - amber body, clear with a white head.
Taste - wet papery malts, which tells me it’s probably past it’s prime...light sweetness to it, some cinnamon/nutmeg kind of spice on the finish
Palate - light bodied, leaning towards the over-carbonation character but not quite there...kinda thin
Overall - pretty blah really...nothing special about Petrus’ Speciale

Amber pour with a small sized off white head. Aroma is up front red sucker. Intense. Flavor has a lot more toffee in it than I thought it would from the nose. Just a bit of that red candy sweetness in the back. Kind of thin finish.

Pours a hazy medium orangish amber color. Aroma is lightly malty, hoppy, yeasty, with a touch of fruit. Flavor is a nice mixture of malts and fruits.

Gold pour. Small white head. Aroma is a mix of sweet belgian matls and vinegar. WHAT? yes. Flavor? Its much the same with some toothpicks mixed in. Damn, not good.

33 cl bottle, Fargo, ND, USA. Deep golden, almost amber colour, with a thick creamy head. Definite blue cheese aroma (perhaps a testament to how long the store had it). Mild flavor, a hint of malt on the finish, otherwise uninteresting.

une biere decevante , buvable mais vraiement comme de la budweiser ou de la kro !! rien de special ni de envoutant dans cette biere, cette biere par contre passerait tres bien en panachee.
