Hazy golden orange with a two-finger pillowy bright white head that left a thick sticky lace. Aromas of lemon and orange peel, grassy hops, Belgian yeast, and black pepper. Flavors are similar, but not as sweet as the aromas would indicate. Modest bitterness offsets fruit and honey sweetness. Medium body, soft and smooth mouthfeel, lively carbonation, and a bright clear finish.

A little bit cloudy, yet stil transparant slightly yellow beer with a firm white layer of foam. It has an aroma which resembles a bit of champagne, which reveals the spontaneous fermentation like a Belgian geuze. The taste however, is slightly bitter and resembles licorice. Unfortunately, not much of an aftertaste. Helaas verder weinig nasmaak.

33 cl bottle. Cloudy golden pour. Nose of pear, hard candy, and wheat. I detect some vanilla, has a rich malty texture and flavor with minimal hop influence. Is very easy to drink and balanced, not too sweet. Medium to full body, sticky texture, average carb., mellow finish, very clean and rich. A very good tripel, would recommend.

En meget ordinær tipel-øl. Mangler spænding i forhold tilandre øl fra denne herlige genre.

Bue en bouteille de 33cl à la brasserie. Couleur blonde avec une très grosse mousse et une effrevscence moyenne. Nez sur la levure et le fruit jaune. En bouche on ne sent que l’alcool mélangé avec de l’herbe pas top.

Pours a clear light gold after gushing all over the place when I popped the cap. Nice looking with a solid 1" head of foam and nice lacing. It smells malty sweet with the sweet actually being more like honey than caramel. Yeasty as well with another sweet note reminiscent of candi sugar. Honey dominates the taste factor with some candi sugar and well, no perceivable bitterness to balance it out. Tripel... Lightish body and despite the gushing, the carbonation is okay. Bottled the 145th day of 2014, from the mixed 6 pack.
