A pretty weak beer as far as triples go. Some Belgian candy aromas and flavors... That’s about it.. Maybe some citrus? Forgettable.

Bottle from old backlog notes 07. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor have yeasty, bready malts, honey, citrus, mild floral notes, some herbal bitterness to the finish, somewhat dry, with alcohol coming through a bit.

Bottle pour. Slightly hazy golden with fluffy white head. Bread aroma. Smooth light to medium body. Initial wheat and bread taste with a slight spice aftertaste. Not a horrible beer, but disappointing for a tripel which is one of my favorite styles. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle on the train to Poperinge. Clear golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of pears, clove, bread, vanilla and red berries. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter with notes of clove, red berries and sweet alcohol. Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Pretty nice.

Aroma - earthy, caramel, dough, alcohol, vanilla. Appearance - golden, hazy, frothy. Taste - medium sweetness, lightly bitter. Body medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation, smooth light toffee bitter finish. Wasn’t familiar with this type...a bit surprised (pleasantly). Uniquely different and thoroughly enjoyed.

Slightly hazy yellow with lots of carbonation and a foamy top. Smells like a strong Bavik... The carbonation dominates the taste which is alcohol, hop and yeast. A bit of walnut..Not very balanced. Medium bitter finish
