3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 16/20 gilvanblight (544) - Windsor, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 5, 2006
Thin pale gold with a very bubly over pouring head. Spice and more in the scent, some fruit and some alcohol. Strong spicy cinamon and more taste. Very sweet aftertaste. It’s very hard to pin down any particular taste. Not the best tripple but still a good example of the style. The head left some very distinct lacing.

Bottle. Cloudy golden color with a nice, small bubbled white head. Aroma has an alcoholic touch to it, but in the way that bread smells when you pull it directly out of the oven. Mild, semi-sweet orange notes as well, but faint compared to the overpowering yeasty bread. Pleasant, even effervescence soothes the tongue. Some light nuttiness as well. Finishes with a baking yeast smack. Interesting... but still quite tasty.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 blankboy (4287) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 12, 2006
Bottle. Pours a clear bubbly gold with a huge diminishing foamy white head. Nice lacing. Aroma of Belgian yeast, citrus and other fruit, sugar, spices and very mild hops. Flavour for the most part follows the aroma -- there is some alcohol but for the most part it’s pretty well hidden. Acidic, fizzy mouthfeel and light to medium bodied. Pretty simple, an average Triple.
