Strong aroma of easter bread and yeast. Very aromatic. Dusty golden color with pillowy white head and nice lacing. Taste is sweet with a nice tart edge. Again rich sweet malts. Delicious yeast character but lacks a little complexity. A bit musty but suits this beer. Very lively carbonation and a little dusty character on tongue. Enjoyable.

JohnnyMummbles (151) - Pitman, New Jersey, USA - DEC 7, 2010
Poured from a 330ml bottle a golden ale with a very large white head that lasts till finish. Aroma of yeast and citrus, some sweetness. Flavor is good with hints of bread, lemon and malt. Palate is left with a lingering breadiness wich is predominant throughout this beer. Very good.

jimhilt (2112) - Bow, New Hampshire, USA - NOV 27, 2010
Explodes out of bottle (and is difficult to control with the foam everywhere, what’s left is quite drinkable) with a five+ finger white head that fades slowly, leaving some lace. Hazy light amber color. Medium carbonation and medium bodied. Light bread, orange and hint of yeast nose. Flavor is caramel, bread and tart orange. $4.15 for a 330ml bottle (#39660) from Bert’s Better Beers Hooksett, NH.

11/15/10. Bottle. Cloudy orange pour with a thick, tight barely off-white head that lasts forever. Funky, yeasty grape aroma with orange peel and sour lemon. Sweet malty flavor again with grapes and sour citrus on top of definite Belgian yeast. Not bad!

Very white wine -like aroma and flavor. Soft and easy for a tripel but has the complexity of the style.

Bottle courtesy of llcooldave. Pours a hazy yellow body with a fine, creamy lasting head. Aromas of Belgian yeast, lightly spicy, light malt sweetness. Flavors of some fruityness, medium sweet, yeast and a light floral hop finish. Active carbonation and a medium mouthfeel. Dry finish is refreshing.

Typical Belgian yeast with slightly fruity aroma. Hazy yellow with medium white head. Light, refreshing with a touch of sweetness.
