Bottle. Huge foamy white head over a clear golden body. Aroma of strawberry jam on fresh white bread. Taste of tropical fruits, with some carbonic acidity, a balanced body with a slightly bitter finish. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

330 ml bottle @ home. Rated @ 7.7.2009.
Pours a clear golden colour with a large foamy head. Medium sweet aroma of honey, grains and wet wood. Not very pleasant. The taste is straightforward and easy to drink with it’s caramel malts, spices and sugar. Medium bodied on the palate with slick mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Average.

Bottle 33cl. A cloudy yellow beer with huge head. A quite quite sweet beer with a important hop presence and yeast like, bit alcoholic, some acid notes and lemony presence. Good body anyway, nice, typically belgian yeast like.

Bottle, Open All Hours, Keswick. Sweet, faintly warm bread flavoured golden beer. Warming alcohol, with a raspberry nuttiness in the follow through, leaves the tongue well coated and with a good mouthfeel. Lovely soft, loose foaming head which retains well. The aroma becomes slighlty lemony, but only for a short burst. Honey and cream becomes apparent late on and provides a very satisfying finish.

Weak malt aroma that morphs into a banana-berry scent. Pours a cloudy lemon yellow color. Sweet malt flavor; spice with weak hops notes in the aftertaste. Overall it’s nice and easy drinking, not overpowering at all.
