Like a fine cabernet sauvignon or chardonnay and dry champaigne, very acidic and wine-like. Dry and zingy with a spicy twist. Beautiful head just like the picture shows.

33cl bottle. Light golden and cloudy with medium, white head. Nose : citrus notes, zest, banana and apricot. Crispy hay and tart or ginger cookie. Sip : mouthful carbonation, creamy. Sweet full of ester notes of fruits that develops dry, crispy taste. The hops introduce flower and moderate bitterness. The beer is difficult to drink by my criteria.

Bottle. Clear golden pour, thin white head. Aroma is spicy, fruity and slightly dusty. Flavor is bitter, slightly sweet, somewhat spicy and a bit artificial. Some alcohol in the finish. A bit industrial tripel.

Bottle from Belgisk Bryg. Clear golden colour with a small white head. Aroma and flavour of spice, yeast, fruit, malt and grassy notes.

UPDATED: APR 14, 2013 En klassisk belgisk tripel. Smak och doft av belgisk jäst, humle, malt, fruktig och en aning honung. En aning för mycket kolsyra. Jämn sötma och beska.

Pours a golden color with little head. Aroma is woody, slightly malt and musty. Also there is a weird funk odor, which can be good but I’m not sure in this case. Taste is not that spicy with a strange abbey like character. Not really digging this one. The strong carbonation is no surprise but it’s not redeeming either. Finishes okay, but sort of unimpressive. I was expecting more but didn’t find it.

Lekkerste bier van de lidl. Doet zeker niet af aan grotere merken en komt qua algehele verschijning dicht in de buurt van duurdere, betere bieren. Rond en rijk van smaak

Good beer, refreshing and easily drinkable for a Belgian Triple. Even though not very complex as you may expect from this kind of beer.
Taste is medium sweet with light bitterness.
Medium body, average carbonation and bitter finish.

apparenza: golden, cloudy, white foam,
gusto: lightly bitter, medium sweetness,
palato: medium body, slick feel, lively, long finish,
lo stile tripel si riconosce subito già dall’odore del tappo..più approfonditamente si avvertono forti sentori floreali più che maltati pribabilmente dovuti ai lieviti,forse anche liquirizia,in ogni caso aroma piacevole..gusto dolce,sbilanciato a favore della componente maltata col luppolo che si fa sentire poco..anche il finale è più maltato che luppolato e abbastanza dolce..birra non eccezzionale ma sicuramente buona e piacevole da bere! (p.s. prima birra belga ad Aachen!)

smell of honey-ish sweetness
to much carbo ( way to much ) , sweet, malts, borning. uninspired.. so common taste ..
