COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Caramel Red-fermenting beer. This child of the Peter Family Christmas is only brewed in November. Its mild flavor is the perfect starting point for pleasant holidays.

Served from large bottle. Dark red coloured beer. Head disappears quite fast. Odour is sweet with hints of honey and spruce. Taste is unfortunately too sweet and a bit too alcoholic. Aftertaste is too alcoholic.

Pours brownish orange with off white head and nice lacing. Aroma of booze, spices, and Belgium yeast. Taste is loaded with caramel malts, anise, candy sugar, and brown sugar.

Bottle. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Heay bitter nice flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. OK.
