COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
t is considered polite in Belgium to stand for a toast. Stand now, and raise a glass to sweet aromas of orange and spice, light-creamy flavor and a refreshing finish. Here’s looking at you, Wit.

Tap... Poured cloudy, pale yellow with a thin white head. Par for style, maybe just a little on the sweeter side. All the yeast spice with citrus brightness and floral tones along with a creamy wheat presence. A little too yeast on the nose, but cleaner on the palate.

The cleanest, prettiest wit. The nose is super spicy with plenty of citrus. Slick, light and bright on the palate. This is amazingly drinkable with underlying rustic white bread an baking spice flavours.

On tap at the brewery. Nice dirty, grassy aroma with some yeast. Cloudy light straw color. Initial harsh yeast note with some grass; mid palate includes some sweetness, orange, and light spice; clean finish. Thin, clean body. Good, well made, but not so exciting.
