3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught @ Brouwer’s Café in Sep 2014:   Pale straw, hazy, small sudsy white head, little lacing.   Yeasty nose, some hay and straw, very light spices.   Similar tongue, yeasty and a bit barnish, with soft spices.   Decent wheat base, wished it had more spices tho.   Moderate to full body and mouthfeel.   Soft wheaty and yeasty finish.   Clean, looks nice, but needs more spices.

On draught at pFriem. Colour...pale yellow-straw and slightly hazy, with a thin white head. Nose...yeasty, spicy and lightly citrusy. Palate...classic wit beer with the spice at the front and faint notes of orange zest. This is fairly frothy and the finish is somewhat lengthy with a hint of dryness.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at the brewpub - pours hazy light yellow with a white head. The aroma has dough, citrus, spice, heavy orange and is bright and clean. It has a medium / light body and very smooth with the soft carbonation. The flavor begins with light rich wheat, smooth citrus and some spicy coriander. The finish has more spice and is very refreshing. There is more richness and coriander as it warms. Really nice wit.
