Bottle (500ml). Hazy light golden with small head. Aroma was kind of off-putting but hard to describe. The taste was much better. Lots of fruit... bananas and lemon.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy white gold with medium creamy white head that lasts leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is banana, clove, citrus, yeast. Medium mouth, similar flavors to nose, crisp, light finish, very good.

Bottle picked up at Homebrew Stuff.. Pours hazy pale golden.. not much head to speak of.. Pretty straight forward well made witbier... grainy/sweetish wheat with light orange peel.. Finishes pretty crisp.. Textbook witbier... Very refereshing.

Bottle - slightly funky and hoppy. Pretty light all around though, and a touch over carbonated. Just so so overall.

Bottle, pours a pale yellow, clear, and topped with a small white head. Nose is lemon, yeast, and sour wheat. Lightly sour, and moderate bitters. Lingering lemon and wheat. OK.

Bottle share from Jeremy. Definitely had the nice light body expected from a wit; solid wheat, grain, bread taste and aroma. Airy, yet substantial. Enjoyable and tasty

500ml bottle from Trader Joe in Salem OR $3.99 Beer pours a very pale yellowish ( one of the palest beers i have seen) with a large frothy, attractive white head. Very yeasty, spicy aroma.., wheat of course and a bit of sour lemon scent. Nice taste..lemongrass, black pepper, sour apples and coriander. Surprsingly creamy smooth mouth feel..but ends dry..very good. Super drinkable wit.....easy to put down.

Draught @ Brouwer’s Café in Sep 2014:   Pale straw, hazy, small sudsy white head, little lacing.   Yeasty nose, some hay and straw, very light spices.   Similar tongue, yeasty and a bit barnish, with soft spices.   Decent wheat base, wished it had more spices tho.   Moderate to full body and mouthfeel.   Soft wheaty and yeasty finish.   Clean, looks nice, but needs more spices.
