Bottle, shared at game night. Medium orange, lively off white head that leaves a mess of lace. Big tropical fruit and pine hoppiness, juicy and leafy and fresh, balanced malts, long bitter finish. Excellent.

Bottle. Very clean DIPA here. Bits of grass mixed within hints or resin and citrus. Bit too clean for my liking even though itís a great beer!

Bottle poured for game 5 of the season. Bats arenít clutch the last two days but thatís okay. Pours a cloudy golden copper color with no shortage of foam head. Nice tropical fruit aroma that is more juicy than anything else. Flavor is fruity up front, with a sudden reminder of the 9% tag. Booze shows up, but finishes with a juicy fruit linger that keeps you drinking this. All things considered, I love the fruit profile here, and the beer is great. Awesome IIPA.

Bottle. Dated 03-02-16. Appearance is clear yellow with white head. Aroma is loaded with citrusy goodness and tropical fruit, and pine. Taste is light citrus pine, tropical fruits, bitter grassy finish. Excellent treatment for the style, not too malty, lots of citrus character, and very well balanced.

Bottle (500ml $6): Golden with white head. Strong aromas, mostly pine and pineapple. Full bodied, and somewhat sweet citrus but bitterness and alcohol balance it out. Nice.

On tap @ The Dray. Pours clear bright golden with thin heavily lacy white head. Aroma is sticky sweet light caramel malt, nice notes of grapefruit, pine, and dark citrus. Taste is syrupy sweet caramel malt, big bitter hops with grassy grapefruit notes. Fairly boozy, seems right at 9%. Very well balanced, slightly boozy on the finish. Excellent DIPA, as expected from Pfriem.

Bottle from Bridgetown Beerhoouse in Portland. Huge nose of pine resin, heavy fruit, and citrus. Clear dark amber color with thick sticky lace. Sweet malty initial, tropical fruit, and some weedy notes. Medium body, with some decided hop texture on the tongue. Top-notch nose, for sure. Flavors are impressive, as well. Doesnít go over the top. Hides the high alc. very well. Great.
