4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle from Trader Joe’s.
A: Wow, absolutely beautiful burned gold with a firm foam white head.
N: Huge dankness, grapefruit, pineapple, and pine. Underneath, there’s ample peppercorn and earth. Toffee and cracker.
T: Enormous bitterness that’s somehow not astringent, light sweetness.
M: Very, very dry, medium body, foamy carbonation, alcohol is dangerously hidden.
O: This is an IPA? Seems like a double crammed into a smaller body. The dry-hopping and balance here is tremendous; I could drink this all day.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
500 ml very attractive bottle/label package from Lifesource natural Grocers in Salem OR
Crystal clear gold coloured ale with a frothy and bubby white head..leaves massive attractive lace down the glass.
Wow very tropical fruit style aromas here..delicious light and mouth watering, not getting much pine maybe a bit of Douglas Fir rosin.
Very balanced taste the hops are mostly fruity and there is even a certain peppery spicy thing going on. Yeast seems Belgian in style.
Nice smooth softly carbonated mouth feel.
Very nice soft IPA with aspects of a Wit/White IPA.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
500 ml bottle, one of those awesome new ones. Looks amazing. Pours a bight copper color with a medium white head. A big dank fruity hop nose. The flavor is resin, huge dank fresh hops, caramel, candied oranges, pine. Very flavorful, the intensity is there, but this is smooth as well. Really a lot like Pliny. Wow! Blown away. Oranges, more dankness. Bitterness mixed with sweet bursting hops. Lovely.

Draft pour at the lunchbox. Pours a lighter golden color with a patchy foam head. Piney hops aroma. Bitter flavor throughout, but not overwhelming. Crisp flavor with a decent amount of hops. Pretty good.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap at Fiddlers. Gold-amber pour. Huge--I mean absolutely huge--pine nose. But in a really lovely way, a gorgeous old-school IPA way rather than a pinesol way. The flavor follows, plenty of resin but no crushing bitterness. Really well done.
