Pfriem’s Mosaic single hop pale pours a beautiful bright golden. I never realized how funky Mosaic hops are until having this beer. Earthy orange aroma with zesty citrus sitting on top of a warm garbage can. Taste and body are incredibly perfect. Juicy citrus hops give off bursts of mint relaying a crisp reshingly tart finish that leaves you wanting more, and more.

Hazy dark blond color. Good strong ipa, I like the malts, crackery and a bit bready, but the Mosaic, although good, usually comes through with more power; it’s resiny, a bit dank.
Good IPA.

Bright amber, thin head. Almost dank mosaic aroma. Bitter, nice earthy hop, the malts are a bit on the toasty biscuity character.

500ml bottle from Trader Joe in Salem OR $3.99 Light golden coloured ale with a large thick and frothy pure white head. Very strong and fresh hop aromas here..floral and orange marmalade..very nice. Again in the taste very good yet mellow and persistent bitterness..mostly like orange peel. Mouth feel is great..medium with good carbonation. very nice pale ale.....so drinkable.

Growler from Total Wine. What a way to celebrate my 100th APA!!!

Rich orange pour, nice white head. Awesome mosaic aroma, lots of grapefruit (juice, not peel), some tropicals, hints of onion relatively minimal. IPA-level aroma, wonderful. But the flavors are really APA as they should be. Subtle isn’t quite the word for the hops, but this is no Ruinition either. Easy, so easy to drink. No up-front malt but a small bit of late sweetness like honey. So damn good. Beautiful showcase for this trendy hop.

Golden pour with a white fluffy head. Mango, citrus, a bit of pine. Medium bodied, at only 6.3%, this is a fantastically easy drinker.

Blacked out bottle poured. Pours a clear gold color with a lasting foam head. Corny, grassy hop aroma. I actually thought I was in for trouble with the aroma at first. Creamy body, flavor is bitter hops, earthy, grassy, and a hint of citrus fruit. Grassy finish. Overall a good beer, though the citrus hints would be great if more up front.
