Beer has a full golden color with a light head and good carbonation. Aroma was mixture of grain and hops. Taste was refreshing and a bit on the dry side. It finished with a smooth pleasant feeling. Great beer for more than one or to enjoy with friends.

[bottle] Once past the skunk (invariably from the green bottle), the aroma is a nice sweet malt, yet crisp with fresh, noble hops, and an elderberry honey accent. Clear straw-gold under quickly dropping white fuzz. Crisp malt flavour that is well balanced with hops bitterness. There could be a bit more herbal, hay hops flavour, though. Light body, medium carbonation, slightly bitter finish.

Bottle 330ml.
Clear light to medium yellow with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, hay, vegetable notes, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20091113]

Clear light golden with small white head. Somewhat malty aroma with hints of hops. Malty flavour with grassy hops and yeast. Finished dry and bitter.

UPDATED: FEB 11, 2010 Bottle, 4.9%. Good refreshing hop aroma, slightly grassy. Clear yellow colour. Good white head. Good malty flavour with a distinct and good hoppy note.

Bottle. The aroma of sweet grass, wet hay, quite tart. The head is medium large, white and foamy, rather fast disappearing. The body is pale and yellow. The taste is very bitter, tasted a little bit of citrus. The body is dry and creamy with a normal carbonation and rather soft. A rather bitter Pils.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin lazing white head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with notes of straw, and so is the flavor, leading to a dry bitter finish where the note of straw lingers.

Bottle. Creamy barley malt and light pepper hops aroma. Medium yellow color with moderate head. Creamy barley malt and strong grass hops flavor. Well made nicely drinkable pils.

Pours a nice golden yellow color with a minimal fizzy white head. Aromas of grains, straw, hops, and a hint of fruit. Flavor is a nice crisp pilsner taste. Starts grainy with touches of pepper and fruit and finishes with a mellow hop.

Nice gold color, large head, slight sweetness, Grain, smooth, very nice, fresh.
