3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
An average beer all around, but a good one to keep in stock if you have the means to. If you feel a little frisky, enjoy with a small slice of lime or squirt of lime juice...really brings out the flavor.
I’d definitely buy again.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: NOV 4, 2010 Pours clear golden with big fluffy white head leaving nice lacing. Slightly sweet malty and strongly hoppy aroma with notes of floral and herbs. Round mouthfeel, flavor is a bit sweet malty and fruity with hoppy tones. Lean acidy sour palate. Finishes first sweet turning into a very nice bitter dry bite. Excellent pilsner.

Smells light, another nice pil. A present hop bite but not too strong. A quite dry finish that makes this tasty tasty.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
I don’t know what it is, but most of the beers that I got at a nearby quickmart today ahve been on flat side. This one poured with a large, foamy, frothy, fluffy white head that soon faded and some lace. Color is a clear yellow. Aroma is at first, skunk ( second whiff saw that waning), malt, and hop, plus some grain. Flavor’s like aroma. Body is good, but a little on the flat side. Finish is short to medium in length and forgettavle.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
500ml bottle (One Pint, Helsinki, AugustFest2010)
5- Smells like it’s made of beer ingredients, but there’s a hint of something nasty and plastic or chemical lurking in there.
2 Pale, brief fizzy head
5- One microsecond after detecting the malts, I detected the paper. The bitterness was very much in the vein of hop extract rather than fresh hops.
2 Thin and fizzy. Left an unpleasant taste in the mouth.
9- When mjs told me that ’Edel’ means ’noble’, I jokingly said "so this will be like a ’premium’ lager, I didn’t realise how close to the truth that would turn out to be. This is macro swill. Fortunately it’s German macro swill which is better than Finnish or Estonian macro swill!

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
500 ML bottle in Germany. Is a very pale yellow, almost looks like an American Pale Ale. Head is small white but dense. Aroma is a normal Pils hops with a hint of corn. Taste is pure to form and rather weak. Palate is weak as well but nice. Ends a bit metal like for me but again I am not a Pils fan. For me better than most pils.
