Jan 9, 2003 Very light caramel color with no real head. Slight smell of alcohol. I was light in carbonation and medium bodied. Malty a bit of caramel in taste. Not alot of taste in general. A touch bitter...drinkable but, not to write home about.

Jan 9, 2003 Golden color with minimal head. Clean, malty flavor and slight aroma. Grainy. Some alcohol apparent. Medium bitterness. Not the best Helles Bock I’ve had but not bad. Would be better with less graininess.
