Dec 22, 2002 pour is a nice dark amber. Wispy white head. Malty nose with a little hop floralness. Malt dominates the flavor profile. Way to sweet for my tastes.

Dec 13, 2002 Pretty straightforward for a maibock. Sweet caramel aroma and flavor develops as it warms almost candy-like but never really gathers much strength. Pretty easy drinking overall, could use a little more body and malt.
