COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Barbaric Yawp Imperial Pilsner: Strong but clean malt body stands up to the pronounced bitterness from the large doses of noble hops in this beer. This beer is a “keller bier” (unfiltered German cellar lager) which is why there is a slight cloudiness to the appearance. 7.9% ABV. Served in a snifter.

Tap. Pours hazy gold with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is sweet straw and cereal malt, light corn, alcohol and spicy hops. Flavor is malt dominant, light alcohol, medium hops and bitterness with a sweet finish. Full body, medium warmth and carbonation.
