Phantom Canyon Coffee Stout

Draught at brewpub. Pours near opaque with a medium creamy tan head that diminishes somewhat and sports some spotty lacing. Aroma is dark roasted malt (cookie) with trace yeast and coffee. Dark roasted malt, coffee flavor, low sweetness, medium bitterness and no acidity. Dark and thin, oily palate.
