This beert is a wonderful mix of medium hops and a sweet,caramel wort flavor. Pours dark with a fine brownish tan head with creamy lacing. Personally, I love a sweet wort taste that is not overrun by bitters.

Draught at brewpub. Pours dark brown with a foamy tan head and creamy lacing. Aroma is lightly fruity, caramel malt (toasted grain, meal) and yeast (sweat, leather). Medium bitterness, low acidity, moderate sweetness, milk chocolate, coffee, maple, nuts and leather. Medium bodied, dry and astingent palate.
