Tap. Very hazy yellow. Milder lemony nose. Taste is a little bitter with lots of citrus. Nice fluffy body. Good representation.

Pour on tap at the brewery, slightly hazy with white head, aroma has notes of white fruit, lemon, lemon peel, hints of bread, biscuit, touch of white pepper, coriander and other spicy yeast notes. Taste is a mix of pepper, yeast, coriander, slight ginger, hints of bread and biscuit, some sweet orange, lemon peel, hints of other fruits, finishing sweet.

Draft sample at the brewery. Pretty normal looking witbier. Light yeasty aroma. Thin flavor profile. Meh.

Sampler at brewpub. Pours clear light golden yellow with white head. Aromas of banana, clove, and light yeast and malt. Flavors of banana, clove, lemon, bread, and yeast. Easy drinking wit.

Sampler at Brewers Rendezvous. 7/9/11. Pours a thin head, over a yellow (SRM 3) hazy body .....nose is banana, bubblegum, light cereal....taste is light orange, coriander, bit of banana, bubblegum....mouth feel light, carbonation medium. This meets the style quite well although it is a bit light on complexity. BJCP 6/3/12/4/7

Hazey white-gold in color with white head. Nice belgian yeast spiced aroma. Spicd and fruity flavor.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy neon yellow with a white head. Aroma of spices, clove, and yeast. Flavor of more yeast and wheaty/bready malt with a spicy finish. Smoother and more powerful malt-wise than the hefe although very similar.

Hazy straw gold, with aroma of dry malt, a bit of wheat and a bit of lemon. taste was wheat-y but also citric. Light-medium body. Corn flake cereal grain notes present as well. Fairly mediocre, not bringing anything exciting to a well worn genre.

On tap at Wynkoop UTB Fest poured a cloudy yellow with a lingering ring of white foam. Aromas of wheat, yeast, light citrus and a hint of spice. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of wheat, yeast, light citrus and a hint of spice with a smooth yeasty finish.
