COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Continuum Ale is a Belgian-style white or Wit beer (pronounced “Vit” in Flemish or called “Bière Blanche” in France) that is brewed with unmalted wheat and 2-row malt. This traditionally cloudy beer has a citrus-like flavor from spicing with coriander, lemon peel and both bitter and sweet orange peel. This beer is light and refreshing with a distinctive taste.

Sampler at Brewers Rendezvous. 7/9/11. Pours a thin head, over a yellow (SRM 3) hazy body .....nose is banana, bubblegum, light cereal....taste is light orange, coriander, bit of banana, bubblegum....mouth feel light, carbonation medium. This meets the style quite well although it is a bit light on complexity. BJCP 6/3/12/4/7

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy neon yellow with a white head. Aroma of spices, clove, and yeast. Flavor of more yeast and wheaty/bready malt with a spicy finish. Smoother and more powerful malt-wise than the hefe although very similar. 7/4/7/4/14 [3.6/5]

Hazy straw gold, with aroma of dry malt, a bit of wheat and a bit of lemon. taste was wheat-y but also citric. Light-medium body. Corn flake cereal grain notes present as well. Fairly mediocre, not bringing anything exciting to a well worn genre.
