On tap @ Phantom Canyon poured a clear reddish brown with a small lingering tan head. Aromas of carmel, cocoa and light hazelnut. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, light cocoa and light fruittiness with a smooth lingering bittersweet finish.

Brown color with creamy off white head. Nutty aroma with a distinct chocolalate malt flavor in adfition to the nuttiness.

Draught at brewpub. Pours reddish brown with an off-white edgy head. Aroma is light chocolate and caramel malt (meal), yeast (sweat), with notes of hay, banana and brown sugar. Medium sweetness and mild acidity and bitterness, nutty banana and caramel malt, chocolate and yeast. Medium bodied and thin palate.
