BDR (1855), Roseville, Minnesota, USA Jun 2, 2007 Dark brown/yellow body with faint white head. Very nice ginger and some wheat on the nose. Smooth ginger and white head, but no harsh ginger bite. On tap at the Phantom Canyon Brewery. DJMonarch (4091), Northwich, Cheshire, England Mar 15, 2006 Barrel Draught from the jug at the GABF, Colorado Convention Center 01/10/2005
Clear golden coloured with spicy ginger aroma and flavour. Crisp on the palate with a slightly dry finish. ratman197 (2214), Arvada, Colorado, USA Nov 19, 2005 Growler poured a clear amber with a smalloff white head. Aromas of ginger. Palate was thin and watery. Flavors of light ginger and a bit of malt. Not a very impressive beer. KAggie97 (1863), Ugly, Hot, and Humid Spring, Texas, USA Oct 23, 2005 Tap at brewery. Pours a watery amber, which, sadly, is the most positve aspect of this concoction. Aroma is faint ginger, and the taste is flat orange and even flatter ginger ale. Watered down to the max. Avoid. jcwattsrugger (3757), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Sep 29, 2005 East meets Wheat-Ginger Beer-on tap-pours a white head and color is clear gold. Very little aroma. I’m not picking up a taste, only decent carbonation , but Kathy says she’s picking up the ginger.
