A nice deep brown color with a nice spicy flavor. Liked the overall flavor of this brew. The malts and hops where great together. Nice easy to drink and a great finish.

Mar 16, 2006 Draught. Pours dark maple nutty brown with a medium off-white tan head. Aroma is nutty malt (grain-roasted, meal) and yeast (sweat, dark dough). Medium bitterness and acidity, sour grain malt and fading yeast flavor. Medium bodied and creamy but thin palate.
