Draught at brewpub. Pours clear tawny with an average frothy off-white head, excellent lacing, mostly lasting. Aroma is average malt (grain, meal), heavy hops (flowers, pine, spruce), average yeast (dough, sweat) with notes of apple and pear. Light bodied, slick texture, soft carbonation and a bitter finish. Long duration, light sweetness and acidity, heavy bitterness.

Heavily carbonated with creamy off white head. Faint bitterness in an otherwise sweet body. On tap at Phantom Canyon.
