Phantom Canyon Oak Aged Barley Wine

Draft at the Brewery. Pours dark brown with a hint of red to it. Has aoff-white creamy head that has a good lacing of the glass. Aroma is a little fruity with citrus flavors of orange peel and has a hop and caramel roasted malt. Flavor is sweeten with brown sugar and has a good oak age taste with wood and hoppy malt flavor.

Draught at brewery. Pours nut brown with a creamy off-white head and creamy thick lacing. Aroma is fruity hop, citrus and medium caramel roasted malt, brown sugar. Oak, wood and hoppy malt flavor, medium bitterness, low acidity and sweetness, tart citrus hop rind and vinous finish.
