Mar 6, 2006 Draught at brewery. Pours pale yellow with a patchy white head. Aroma is citrus (lime, lemon, orange) hop nose, light malt (grain, hay, straw) and bourbon notes. Lime and lemon sparkling sour malt, oak notes, woodsy, medium acidity dries, low sweetness and medium bitterness, lasting citrus fizz. Light and fizzy, dry, slightly spicy palate.
