Phantom Canyon Pre-Prohibition Pilsner

From the tap, this beer poured a light golden-amber in color with a small white head. The head lasted well and left good lacing. The aroma was very subtle but there seemed to be a nice balance between the hop and malt components thereof. The body was light with lively carbonation and a thin texture. The flavor started off with sweet malt predominating. This faded into a medium-bitter middle and then a long, crisp, dry finish.
