Phantom Canyon Proto 1 Pale Ale

Draught at brewery. Pours clear orange with an average, creamy, off-white head, somewhat lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is average malt (grain, meal), heavy hops (citrus, pine), average yeast (sweat, dough) with notes of apple and peach. Medium bodied, thin texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.
