COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Originally brewed at the Strangeways Brewery, Manchester, home to a popular beer in a yellow can. This beer, served on nitrogen, has a fruity aroma with underlying woody hops. Light body and color with flavors of pears and faint apple, grain and biscuits.

Tap. Pours mostly clear gold with average, creamy white head; decent retention and lacing. Aroma is grassy hops, funk, grass, hay, light lemon, and faint floral hops. Flavor is lightly sweet malts, grassy hops, light fruit esters, and hay; dry finish. Light body and low carbonation.

Tap. Pours clear dark copper with a medium, creamy off-white head, long retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is light fruity esters, earthy and spicy hops with cracker and meal malt. Flavor is malt forward with medium hops and bitterness, light fruity esters and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.
