COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Spiced Winter Warmer Ale that is a rich, yet approachable English-style ale. This beer has a malty nose with considerable aromas of caramel and mulling spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, clove). Flavors of the mulling spices, caramel, and dried fruit. Finishes dry from the spices.

Tap. Pours clear brown with a small, fizzy off-white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is spices, caramel and cookie malt with earthy hops. Flavor is malt dominant with dark fruity esters, light hops and bitterness with a sweet finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Tap. Pours clear, light brown with thin, fizzy off-white head; short retention and spare lacing. Aroma is caramel and cookie malt, figs, dates, floral hops, and lavender. Flavor is balanced sweet malt and floral hops (light bitterness) with good supporting dark fruit esters and some vegetable notes; dry finish. Light/medium body and low carbonation.
