An homage to our brewer’s favorite beer from San Diego, Simia Pede is a mildly hopped pale ale that showcases rolled and malted oats, unusual ingredients for the style.
Descriptors: Pale in color, light maltiness with oat undertones, low hop aroma, hop flavor with a moderate bitterness level. 5.3% ABV

Tap. Pours clear copper with a small, frothy white head, short retention with spare lacing. Aroma is floral, pine and citrus hops with biscuit malt, fruity esters. Flavor is medium hops and bitterness, cereal malt, light fruity esters and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.
