3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft at Brewers Rendezvous 7/10/10. Pours a thin white head, over a cloudy yellow (SRM 3) body.....nose is citrus, spice (coriander).....taste is lemon, finishing with a strong clove bite.....mouth feel is light, carbonation medium. This is a fairly typical Wit, which is to say it is light, spicy, citrus and refreshing. BJCP 6/3/14/4/7

Nice wit. Had this at the brewpub in Colorado Springs. Cloudy and yeasty. Enjoyed this one, and wish I had time to try more of the Phantom Canyon beers, because they look like they brew some interesting stuff.

Draught. Pours cloudy, murky yellow lemon peel with a small patchy white head with trace lined lacing. Aroma is wheat yeast (dough) and malt (meal) citrusy hop, banana and clove. Wheat and slightly sweet banana yeast, smooth and clean finish. Medium bodied, smooth and very drinkable.
