Tap. Pours mostly clear amber with average, fizzy white head; short retention and spare lacing. Aroma is floral and grassy hops, citrus fruit, biscuit and cereal malt, lemon, and light honey. Flavor is dry, bready malts forward with citrus fruit esters, and floral hood; dry finish. Medium body and low carbonation.

Pour on tap at the brewery, clear yellow-orange pour with white head, aroma has notes of citrusy orange and grapefruit, hints of caramel, toffee, touch of earth and spice, hints of grassy and slight pine notes as well. Taste is a mix of grass, pine, slight orange, hints of caramel, toffee, earthy spice in the middle, finishing slightly bitter, and dry.

Tap. Pours clear amber with a medium, frothy white head, medium retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is fruity esters, pine and citrus hops with biscuit malt. Flavor is medium hops and bitterness, light fruity esters, supporting malt and a dry finish. Medium to light body with medium carbonation.

Draft sample at the brewery. I can definitely tell this was based on an IPA. Really good for me. Nice sweet, citrus hop notes. Easy drinking. Well done.

Sampler at brewpub. Pours clear golden orange with white head. Aromas of grapefruit, light tropical fruit, caramel malts, and little pine. Flavors of caramel malts, moderate hop bitterness, and some citrus. Average pale ale.

Tap @ brewery. Orange appearance with an off white head. A bit toasty malty, light caramel, somewhat citrusy, orange, light grapefruit,, a bit piney aroma. Somewhat fruity (orange/grapefruit), piney, lightly spicy hoppy flavor. Pretty good.
