COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This cask ale is a coffee hued and malty dark brown ale with flavors of roasted mild coffee, caramel and toffee. Minimal hop aromas and flavors highlight the malt characteristics. Finishes smooth. Pairs nicely with Wensleydale cheese.

Tap. Pours clear brown with a medium, creamy light tan head, medium retention and good lacing. Aroma is caramel and chocolate malt, earthy hops and dates. Flavor is malt dominant with nice chocolate notes, light hops and medium bitterness with fruity esters and a dry finish. Medium to light body with medium carbonation.
