On tap at Beer Baron. It pours a pale yellow color with a large, creamy white head. The aroma is nice with lactic lemon and apricot. Richly floral. The flavor is light, dry and spicy with heavy lacto. Very light bodied and refreshing tartness with just a hint of fecal funk. Background notes of lemon and apricot. I enjoyed this one very much.

Golden orange with a slight haze, one-finger white head and modest lace. Aromas of white wine grape, earth and subtle tropical fruit. Tart lemony flavors. Light body, effervescent, crisp finish.

On tap at the brewery. Aroma has a moderate cracker malt character with some moderate tropical fruit and light citrus notes. A hint of cherry pie and even fainter barnyard funk. Pours a hazy, pale yellow straw with a small, white head that recedes to the edges and lingers. Medium low lacing and small legs. Flavor has a light sweetness with some grainy, cracker malt notes. Moderate tropical fruit with some medium peppery phenolics. Some light citrus and herbal, menthol notes. Medium low bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer with a really interesting Brett character. Nice phenolics, herbal notes and fruit. The herbal character really pops as it warms. An interesting beer that really changes as the temperature does.

(En fût à la brasserie et au Modern Times Sour Jamboree): Un liquide sauvage et rondelet avec des notes fromagées qui s’envolent rapidement. Le corps est léger, simple mais un brin machable, à l’image des saveurs.

Tap, gold pour, white head, nose and taste are heavy Brett and citrus, pretty good overall

14 mar 2015, tap. Sickly pale yellow and faintly cloudy. Nose is funky, sweet, tart. Thin body and mildly fizzy. Smarties candy, slightly tart, slightly funky. Nice enough.

Draft at Monawk Bend. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Aroma of dusty peach, pineapple, canteloupe. Taste is softly sour melon and peach. Nice.

My first taste of the mouse. I was expecting something a bit more sour but after re-calibrating what I was drinking was a light but slightly viscous blonde ale that had a complex set of flavors. A melon like taste was most predominant for me.

Turbid orange pour with a white head. Aroma of peach, grass, oak, and vanilla. A bit of blue cheese, some lemon, and tropical fruit. The flavor has some nice tartness of tropical fruit and lemon, but is somewhat astringent. Notes of vanilla, oak, and grass. Hints of peach and straw.

Tap at Beachwood BBQ for the Anniversary Party. Thanks to womencantsail and BMan1113VR. Pours full haze, glowing golden. Medium thick white foam. Nose is buttery, some sweet cream, healthy dose of funky cheese, cedar, whine barrel, pineapple fruit juice. Taste is dry, cedar spice, drained body. Lemon, seltzer, dry finish. Comes across as a bit bland though no brewing flaws.
