COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A local beer designed to appeal to a wider audience with its less filling effect and lighter taste for a year round flavor. Blondy look for those long summer evenings and a casual image to accompany any meal.

Pull top can thanks to Per. Pours gold with a nice white head. Smells of apples, some citrus, perfumy. Tastes dry and perfumy with a touch of sweetness on the finish. This is not a typical pale lager.

Small white head doesnít last. Clear golden body. Perfumy grainy aroma with toffee notes. Dry-sweetish grainy sugary taste with minty cardboard notes. Mid-to-light body. Mild mouthfeel. Dry grainy perfumy mealy aftertaste. Itís not really bad. (0.33l can from wife.)

UPDATED: SEP 27, 2008 Can. Thanks David K for bringing me this beer. Clear golden color with a small white head. Aroma is quite clean with a bit of malt and a bit of graininess and some hoppy hints. Sweetish flavor with some malt and bready hints and finishes mildly bitter with light hops and very faint metallic notes. Quite light-bodied with a rather crisp mouthfeel. Pretty strong carbonation, but still not too carbonated. I wouldnít say itís a great beer, but itís definitely drinkable, and to my surprise itís better than all Israeli macro-lagers, and itís actually one of the better Pale Lagers Iíve had so far. Iím a bit disappointed than I didnít share it with other people because this is probably the best Jordanian beer and it only has 3 ratings now including mine.

Can via Per. Bright yellow-gold with scattered spittle head. Aroma is sweet and simple. Can has prevented any substantial problems but itís still an uninspired corn flake aroma. Slick mouthfeel. Sweet, slightly syrupy. Strange flavors, almost like chick peas. Does not finish clean and yet remains a "not bad."

Can, shared by larsga. Pale yellow golden, thin greyish blond head. Sweet, perfumes cereals on the nose. Decent bitterness. Light-bodied. Sweet grainy aftertaste with a wee hop bite.

Really surprised to see this on a cruise liner (MS Balmoral, a Fred Olsen ship). I had a couple of cans while sailing down from San Diego down towards the Panama canal. Typical lager/pilsner look, clean, clear and golden with a thinning white cap on top. Very little aroma, although I thought I detected corn, other unknown grains and a metallic hint: all three of those ideas arrived in the taste though. I wasnít overly impressed to be honest, but had a second can a few days later just to make sure I wasnít being unkind or had an iffy can the first time, I hadnít. Not the worst lager in the world but it is not a long way from such an accolade. Wasnít even refreshing really.
