3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Thanks for the brew Dim. I poured it into a snifter it had a small white head that went away fast and left little to no lace. The body was a light copper in color.
The nose was interesting on this one there was a lot of spicing going on ginger lemongrass were two of the most pronounced. The flavor was more of the same with a good amout of ginger being present in the taste. It had a lite to medium feel to it with a slight carbonation it wish the later was a bit more.
All an all a good spring brew I could drink a few of these once in a while. Nothing I would want in a steady diet of but the drinkability was good

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
The Fleur de Lehigh is one funky beer. It pours a cloudy and hazy orange color with a very minimal head. The head disappears very quickly after the pour is done. There is no lacing left around the glass, either. The nose is very funky, as well, with a lot of fruity and yeasty notes. I detected ginger, yeast, grass, lemon, rye bread and oranges. The body is very spritzy and lends an almost overly-carbonated mouthfeel. The flavors are fairly sweet with a lot of fruit notes, along with some grass, lemon, grapefruit, oranges, herbs and bread. This beer finishes with a bit of a sour/tart note. I canít say that Iíd ever go after this beer again.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Location: Bottle at Max and Andyís Fantasy Tasting, 5/1/10
Aroma: Bit of strange nose, some vegetation, spice/ginger, lemon, floral notes
Appearance: Pours a medium golden color
Flavor: The taste is grains and spice mostly, light bitterness
Palate: The body is medium, somewhat dry
This is a pretty strange beer. It wasnít anything special, but it is pretty good. I donít have a lot more to say beyond that, and the notes donít say much more either.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Noticeable funky aroma. Musty and reminiscent of chili peppers and ginger. Flavoring comparable to nutmeg and cinnamon sticks blended with yeasty wheat aspects. For what I expected this is quite strange.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Ehhh...not too impressed with this one. Too much botanicals and spices. Thatís all the aroma was. Pour was a light gold with with a 1 finger white head. Taste was too spicy and flowery for me. I would never think in describing a beer I would say "bouquet" but thatís what it tasted like. A bouquet of ginger, roses, light lemon zest and other (too much) spices. Nice carbonation, though. Not a terrible beer, but not a very good one.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Amber pour with a spicy aroma and a moderate off-white head. Herbs dominate the flavor, which was not pleasant. I hesitate to score things poorly if itís a personal preference issue, so that why I gave it a 3 total.

1.5 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy apricot color with a small soapy beige head that faded quickly. The aroma was faint tangy malts. The flavor was bitter, tangy and had buttery and vegetal touches. The finish was short, tangy and buttery. Drain pour.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
bottle shared at Max and Andyís fantasy tasting: nice floral arouma, ginger, carrot and a bit vegetal. Pretty odd, but still tasty. Some fruity tartness, caramel malts and carbony. Yellow hazy pour.

3.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
There is a very light, sweet aroma. The color of bright honey with an orange hue and small white head. The draft tastes good, but I still want more body. I know it is a summer beer afterall. There are some sweet and spicy flaovrs from all the crazy additions, but they are vague.

Bottle: pours a dark golden amber with a thin white head, aroma of spices and herbs, taste is muted, fairly dry, a little grainy but not much going on.
