(12oz bottle) Pours a clear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of florals, grass, lemon, and ginger. Flavor of florals, grapefruit, rosehips, ginger, and subtle funkiness.

hopscotch (8217) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - MAY 10, 2011
Bottle… Murky straw-colored ale with a small, creamy, white head. The nose smells like a hellish blend of dill pickle chips and ketchup. Medium-bodied with prickly carbonation. Flavorful and nicely acidic – a little rhubarb pie-like – some dill. Tangy, lightly herbal finish. A very odd bird, this one. Too much so. The flavor almost saves it, but everything else is just a mess. Crazy blend of veggies, herbs and spices. The brewers put way too much thought into this one.

hopdog (7658) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 20, 2009
On tap at Capones. Poured a medium and lightly hazy golden color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of ginger, lemon grass, citrus, and a little fruity. Tastes of ginger, citrus, honey, and spices.

Pale golden pour. The nose is loaded with coriander and lavendar. Comes across as a very soapy, strange beer. Not a fan.

DocLock (6800) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 14, 2009
Bottle from Craft Ale. Pours turbid deep gold but not urine yellow, as it has dark strawish colors as well, with clingy off-white head. Nose is like liquid lavender flowers, with hopcit, malt, peppery spicy notes. Good nose; as floral as any I’ve ever smelled. Taste is citric, on the sweet side, with some hops, orange marmalade, floral spicy notes. Medium palate with a lemomngrassy and amazingly strong rose hips taszte and smell. This one actually smells like a rose bush! I dare say it might make your girlfriend more amorous, and it is a very unique style, reminding me of the intense floral nose and tongue I got from some of the Dieu Du Ciel offerings. Nice!

GT2 (5661) - Riverslime, California, USA - MAY 7, 2012
Tap at Standard Pint. Hazed orange pour. No head. Nose is soapy, mild floral notes, sweet citrus, odd cleaner chemical, mild DMS. Taste is husky, peanut shells, raw, mild orange peel and orange perfume/oil. Palate is watery. Strange beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Resurrection Ale House. Pours a hazy golden amber with a thin white head. Big crisp ginger, light floral notes, lavender, lemon. Crisp, with more ginger and a bit of toast and a touch of grain. Finishes with more light ginger and a very subtle bitternes. Pleasantly surprised.

Rciesla (5499) - Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA - DEC 7, 2009
Bottle. Pours a hazy orange body with a white head. Ginger root, and ginger like notes completely dominate this brew. Spices hints of digressed ginger or cinnamon like notes, yeast y spicy concept is the domineering factor. Tangerine, grapefruit and calamine notes. The spices intensity are less apparent then in the aroma of this spicy ale. Still enjoyable despite the one dimensional character.

Bottle. Gusher. Pours cloudy gold. Gushing white head. Nose and taste of cooked vegetables, flowers, ginger, spices and lemon juice. Yeasty sourness in finish. Thin body. Odd beer.
