Commercial Description:
Kenzinger is a quenching golden session ale that boasts a European birthright while displaying a certain Philadelphia sensibility. Kenzinger is crisp and smooth enough to refresh, but with a spirited, unforgettable flavor that delivers 100% of recommended daily taste bud stimulation. Brewed with pure pilsner malts, light on the bittering hops but loads of hop flavor and aroma; Kenzinger is bound to be your new standby.

12oz bottle-pours a rich white head that laces and gold color with lots of effervescence. Aroma is lemon, grain. Taste is lemon/spicy hops (Amarillo and Continental) up front with some bite, secondary grain/light malt-sweet/husky. Enjoyed the first half more than the second half, but a very nice beer. Thanks to Joe-jwc215 for picking this out.

Pale straw colour. Aroma is of lemon/orange citrus. A touch of straw. Quite sickly sweet with an overabundance of sweet orange peel and maybe even some coriander. Bleh… truly awful.

Bottle. Gold pour with 2-finger white head. Nose has mild notes of honey, hopcitrus, and honey. Tastes on the watery side, with some hopcitric tartness and some slightly astringent pale malt notes. Forgettable.

[Draft @ Ray’s "Happy Birthday" Bar] Poured a lightly hazy golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of toasted malts, light toffee, citrus fruits, and a bit of floral hops. Taste was crisp, with toasty dough, pils malt, light citrus fruits, toffee, and a lemon rind finish.

On tap at Rays "Happy Brithday" Bar, a block away from Genos Steaks in Philly. Goldis yellow in color with. Aroma that isnt much more then lemon and orange zest. Nice head retention. flavor is plenty hoppy alright. Similar to Yuengling, tasty, insipid.

Pours a lightly hazy golden/yellow with a medium foamy/bubbly head that left some spotty lacing. Aroma of hay, horse barn (but not in a funky lambic way), grainy bread, malty with a touch of some citrus. Flavor of cereal grains, grassy, hay, lightly floral and citrus notes. Some hop bitterness and flavor that lingers around. For some weird reason I was getting blueberry pie out of the flavor. No clue why.
