A pretty good kolsch. Pours a hazy pale yellow. Nice grain aromasand flavours. Sweet and smooth. A nice summer bbq beverage.

Mildly bready aroma, light yellow and thin from the bottle, minimal head, watery and bland. I guess it would do as the eleventh and twelfth beers during a bender, or maybe as a refresher on a warm day. I guess you could drink this as a complement to some tasty dish if you didn’t want to ruin your palate with an interesting beer.

Lagerboy (672) - British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 21, 2013
Pale straw yellow, foamy white head vanishes quickly. Vague aroma of grain and malt. Grain, cereal, doughy malty taste. Average carbonation, light bodied, low hopped. Unpleasant and bland. Analogue stereo music is superior to digital, but this beer is mono. Blech. LF (Lagerboy Friendly)

Cirrhosis (1074) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 2, 2013
Beer looks like one from any macro commercial, crystal clear gold, small white cap with limited lasting power. Rotting apple, massive European stink, a hint pennies, and a touch of skunk in the nose. Taste is basically the same but watery and a lemon finish. feels thin. Not a good beer, not horrible but why would you every want to drink this a second time.

Absolutely offputting brew. The pour is a bright yellow golden in the body with a sick and odd foam head. Soapy almost. The nose is actually disgusting with a metallic and odd peppery floral note with a light skunk. The flavour has nothing to it...light citrus, metallic and grassy. Skunked up a bit. Overall, just bad!

On draft at the Uvic Grad House. Aroma was slight sulphur and cherries. Taste was slight cardboard and noble. Finish was mildly dry, a bit tangy (but definitely not sour). Not as bad as it sounds, as it was highly refreshing and the hops were enjoyable. Wouldn’t get it again though.

On tap. Aromas of grain, lemon. Hint of hops and cereals in the body. Not much of a finish. Extremely easy drinking with pleasant enough flavours.

Sampled at VCBW 2012 at the Salt Building in Vancouver pouring a pale straw color with a small white head which leaves little lacing on the glass. Grassy hop aroma with some mild cereal grains. Taste is mild grassy hop bitterness with a light malty sweetness. Light body and carbonation. Overall, an acceptable brew for the style and worthy of a sampling.

Interesting kölsch taste. Not like in Köln, but good to drink. Nice very cloudy color.
