Can, drank at Rockleys. Didnít take notes, but I recall liking this little guy! Pale-ish malts, lemon and pine hop character, low sweetness, nicely bitter. I know I enjoyed it!

Hoppy as usual. Citrus as usual. Lots of carbonation. Just a normal old lager spiked with bitter aftertaste.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a clear gold with one finger of fluffy white head diminishing to a thin skim and spotty lacing. Nose is sharp citrus and piney hops, light floral and earthy tones. Taste is light caramel malt turning bitter immediately. Mouth feel is light, with moderate carbonation and an off-dry bitter finish.
Yep, I can see classifying this as a session ale. The taste is far less aggressive than suggested by the nose, and the finish is light, clean, and off-dry. Thatís not to suggest itís completely without fault - the flavour is light nearly to the point of boring.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Aroma is grapefruit, citrus, tanin, a slight earthiness. Taste is like aroma. The malt profile isnt very complex but there is a satisfying sweetness and roastiness to it. The bitterness arrived almost immediately and left a slught tartiness in finish. Body is a clear gold with a thin pearl head that retains fairly well.

Goes down well on a summer day! Pours amber with white head. Some citrus and pine on the nose and tongue. A touch of biscuit. Nice balance with mild, bitter finish.
